We do not disclose your information to outside parties unless it is necessary to provide your service or we are required by law. For your complete protection and peace of mind, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you upon request. This creates a legally binding commitment to protect your trade secrets and confidential information, ensuring our entire team is held to the strictest standards of confidentiality

Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms

As a Client, you agree to provide timely and accurate information necessary for us to perform our services, provide clear direction and feedback, and use our services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for providing access to any third-party systems (CRMs, EMRs, etc.) required for the service.

Best VA Solutions provides remote virtual assistant services, including but not limited to Telemarketing, Healthcare Medical Virtual Assistance, and Bookkeeping, as detailed on our website. The specific scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or initial engagement proposal.

As a Client, you agree to provide timely and accurate information necessary for us to perform our services, provide clear direction and feedback, and use our services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for providing access to any third-party systems (CRMs, EMRs, etc.) required for the service.

Services are billed every week usually on Saturdays. Based on the services you avail, we can accommodate payment every 15 days. Invoices will be sent electronically and are due upon receipt and within three days thereafter. Failure to make timely payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the balance is settled. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We can receive ACH payments (from our US bank account), Wire Transfer, PayPal, and Wise payments.

We consider all client information—including business practices, client lists, financial data, and personal information—to be strictly confidential. Our commitment to confidentiality is outlined in our Privacy Policy and can be legally enforced through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). After client engagement, we destroy information and remove our accounts with the client for safety. We also utilize VPN upon client request and utilize LastPass for password security.

Best VA Solutions strives to provide the highest quality of service. However, in no event shall our company or our staff be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services rendered in the preceding month.

Either the Client or Best VA Solutions may terminate the service agreement at any time. We request a written notice of at least 15 days to allow for a proper and complete handover of all tasks, data, and credentials, ensuring a seamless transition for your business.

This agreement and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Best VA Solutions is a fully registered business entity with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) of the Philippines, and we adhere to all local business laws and regulations.
